About us

MicroArgoBiom aims to gather public metagenomic data on crop-related microbiomes. We seek to provide a platform that allows standardization of analysis and facilitates the visualization of patterns in crop data relevant to agriculture. This application was supported by CONAHCYT grant 320237 Ciencia de Frontera.
